This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've
visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.
pure Java application
- The pabas.net system is pure Java. We are using the most recent version of the
Java 2 platform and the JFC Swing API for a high quality 2D graphical user interface
(gui).
instant messenger
- See who is logged in and who is not.
View their profile and determine full name, userId and location.
Send an instant message to any selected user, or broadcast a message to all registered
users. Each message is logged and archived for future retrieval and viewing.
Offline users will receive their messages when they login.
electronic claims
- Now plan administrators, dentists, pharmacies, and employees, may adjudicate health and
dental claims from their desktop or browser. Or adjudicate claims electronically, over
your network of choice.
systems monitor
- View system stats online and in real time. See who is online and what it is they are
doing. With one mouse click see the premium and claims stats for any month or for the
whole year.
on-line claims experience
- This module runs from the same data base as the benefits software, to give the user a
totally integrated application for all lines of coverage.
electronic enrollment
- Now plan administrators may enroll employees on-line from their desktop, and employees
may view and change their own personal data.
benefits detail
- Employees may view their benefit detail and access an on-line booklet
to get specific information regarding plan coverage.
claims summary
- Employees or plan administrators may view an employee's claim history, and see details
of any particular claim.
claim balances
- Claim balances are kept for each family member, and can be viewed on-line to determine
the amount of benefit left for a particular service.
group invoices
- Group invoices can be accessed over the web, and any invoice for any month, for any
year, including retroactive adjustments, can be viewed in a browser window.
